Core Capital Lending offers financing of up to 85% of purchase price and 100% of
rehab (capped at 75% of ARV). We also give our clients an option to roll payments into the loan.

Up to 85% of purchase price plus 100% of the rehab costs (LTV's are subjected to change based on credit experience and other varying factors)
Loan amount
$60,000-$2,000,000 / $2,000,000-$14,000,000 (with additional approval) 
Terms
6 months, 12 months and 18 months
Minimum FICO
There is no minimum FICO, however scores 600 or below will need to supplement a letter of explanation.


*Borrowers must have at least 1 previous entry/exit in an investment property in the past 36 months to qualify.
