Yes, a borrower can close under an entity or personal name, unless stated otherwise.
Are taxes and insurance included in the monthly payment?
Yes. Taxes are always included, but a borrower may choose for insurance to be included.

What is a rate buy down?
If a borrower believes the rate is too high for their loan, they may have the option to lower it with points.
Do we do a hard pull on credit?
In the initial stages, we only perform a soft credit pull; however, a hard pull may be required during final underwriting.
